Legal Terms

Legal entity: Regium Management Corp. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply.

Scope of services

We provide management services, software and consulting. The client specific scope, deliverables and fees are defined in the applicable service order or statement of work.

Payment

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late amounts may accrue a service charge at the lesser of 2 percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. We may suspend services for unpaid accounts.

Warranty and liability

Services are provided on an as is basis except as required by law. Regium maintains appropriate commercial insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, except to the extent any applicable insurance policy responds.

Privacy and data

We do not sell your personal data. We use it to deliver services and, where agreed, to market your business. We protect data using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and follow Canadian privacy expectations.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre existing materials, processes and software. Upon full payment, you receive a non exclusive license to use deliverables created for you for your internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptable use

Clients agree not to use our services for unlawful activity, to violate rights of others, or to interfere with service operations.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this site is the current version.
